Recognize these guys? If not, you either don't have HBO or haven't been watching the ridiculous but funny comedy Flight of the Conchords. Shari and I have been watching the first season OnDemand (I think we are up to episode 5), and enjoying it. Shari wasn't sold at first and I'm still not quite sure how much she's loving it, but I am really enjoying it. It is not a perfect TV show or comedy by any means, but it is definitely worth checking out and it always gives me at least a few good laughs in a 30 minute episode.Who/what is Flight of the Conchords? They are comedians/singers from New Zealand, and their fictional HBO show centers around the duo as they try to make it big in New York City. You can check out their website here. Also, here's an article with a few interview questions from The Star Ledger. I think the most interesting part was that they had most of the songs in the show written before creating the episodes, and they use these songs to write/build an episode.
If you have HBO, I would recommend checking out at least one episode.

To be honest, I'm not sure if I like it or don't like it. I will continue to watch, and it makes me laugh, but more so because of the stupidity of the characters than anything else. I think I like Bret better, but Germaine is definitely funnier. And their agent is a moron. Ok, maybe I do like it...
